Because our services involve time, expertise, and personalized document preparation, all fees paid are non-refundable once work has begun.

If you cancel your request before we begin working on your case, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund at our discretion.

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Completed document preparation services
• Government filing fees or third-party costs
• Delays or decisions made by USCIS or other government agencies
• Incorrect information provided by the client
